No. The full safety engine — SOS, live video & audio, covert alarm, AI-triaged response and live location — is in every single plan. Higher tiers add scope and care features, never the alarm itself.
What does “fully-monitored” protection mean?
Your alarms are watched 24/7 by a professional monitoring centre who can respond and escalate to the emergency services on your behalf. On plans without it, alarms go straight to the guardians you choose and to 999.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. It’s an app on the phone you already own — no pendant, no device to buy, and no setup fee. That alone saves the £50–150 upfront that pendant services charge.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Pay annually and you get two months free — every year, not just the first.
How does the family plan work?
One plan covers up to four people, each with their own Guardian. Add more members, or add fully-monitored protection, per person. Family Plus covers up to eight.
Can I add care for an elderly parent?
